Shelly-Anne Yarde is a Barbados admitted Attorney who brings a strong multidisciplinary perspective to the Concorde Bank team. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism Management from the University of the West Indies, Centre for Hotel and Tourism Management, Nassau, Bahamas, and later qualified as an Attorney at Law after completing her Bachelor of Laws degree, for which she received the Sir Gaston Johnston Award for Excellence in Criminal Law.

Shelly-Anne was admitted to the Barbados Bar following the successful completion of her Legal Education Certificate at the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad and Tobago. She has extensive experience across corporate and commercial law, employment and human resources, property law and management, succession law and estate planning, and corporate, trust and fiduciary services. This breadth of expertise enables her to effectively advise on complex client structures while maintaining strong alignment with regulatory, governance, and risk frameworks.
In addition to her legal qualifications, Shelly-Anne is a Chartered Director, having completed the Chartered Director Programme with the Caribbean Governance Training Institute, reflecting her strong focus on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and board effectiveness. She is also actively involved in legal education, serving as a part time Law Tutor at the Barbados Community College and the Barbados Institute of Management and Productivity (BIMAP), where she contributes to the development of future legal and business professionals. In recognition of her contribution to the corporate and professional services sector, Shelly-Anne was the recipient of a Silver Award in the Professional Services category at the 2024 Citywealth Powerwomen Awards – International.
