Concorde Bank Limited (CBL), an established international bank, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of International Business Development & Strategic Relationships to lead the Bank’s international business development strategy, expand its private banking client base, and drive new business growth across Latin America, the Caribbean, Canada and the United States. This is a senior, client-facing role that requires strong business development experience, an established international network, bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, and a deep understanding of private banking, wealth management, international banking and strategic relationship management. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the Bank’s international client base and supporting sustainable growth in deposits, assets under management, investment services and related fee income, while strengthening the Bank’s relationships with clients, professional intermediaries, family offices, trustees, corporate service providers and other referral partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Bank’s international business development strategy across Latin America, the Caribbean, Canada and the United States.
- Drive the acquisition of new private banking, wealth management, trust, corporate and international banking clients.
- Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities with high-net-worth individuals, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, trusts, corporations and institutional clients.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with attorneys, accountants, trustees, corporate service providers, family offices, investment advisers, external asset managers and other professional introducers.
- Generate sustainable growth in deposits, assets under management, investment-related business and fee-based income.
- Represent the Bank at international conferences, business development meetings, networking events and industry forums.
- Develop market entry and client acquisition strategies for target jurisdictions.
- Maintain an active and well-documented pipeline of prospects, introducers and strategic partners.
- Work closely with Client Relations, Compliance, Legal, Banking Operations and Investment teams to support the timely onboarding of new clients.
- Ensure that all new business opportunities are properly assessed in accordance with the Bank’s risk appetite, regulatory obligations and AML/CFT requirements.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis and recommendations to support product development and business growth.
- Promote the Bank’s private banking, investment, trust, corporate and international banking solutions to appropriate target markets.
- Prepare periodic business development reports, pipeline updates, revenue forecasts and performance reports for Executive Management.
- Strengthen the Concorde Bank brand and market presence across priority international markets.
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Minimum seven (7) to ten (10) years’ experience in business development, private banking, wealth management, international banking or financial services at a senior professional level.
- Proven track record in acquiring high-value clients and developing profitable business relationships.
- Strong existing network of professional intermediaries, referral partners and international business contacts.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
- Experience working across Latin America, the Caribbean, Canada and/or the United States will be an asset.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally.

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and will include a competitive performance-based incentive structure.
